Hello, the CENTAC Random Number will be given during the time of selection of candidates and making the merit list.

About exam:
CENTAC or the Centralised Admission Committee of the Government of Puducherry is responsible for directing the admissions of candidates belonging to other States and other UTs to the first year B. Tech, B. Sc. (Nursing), B.P.T, B.Pharm & B.Sc. (MLT) Degree courses that are offered in colleges run by the societies of the Government of Puducherry.

Selection procedure:
The inter-se merit among such candidates will be decided as:
Their percentage of actual marks in Mathematics will be taken into consideration;
Their percentage of actual marks in Physics will be taken into consideration;
Their percentage of actual marks in the third optional (specified) subject will be taken into consideration;
The total marks of all the appropriate subjects prescribed for the course will be considered; or
The candidate born earlier will be given a higher merit rank;
A random number will be assigned.

Date of issue of the online application form: May 2016
Last Date for submission of the online application form: May 2016
Date of publication of the CENTAC 2016 Merit List: June 2016
CENTAC Counselling Dates: July 2016

Application Fee:
For a single course-Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in the case of SC/ST candidates)
For two courses-Rs.750/- (Rs.350/- in the case of SC/ST candidates)
For three courses-Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in the case of SC/ST candidates).
