Syllabus CEED Exam B.F.A
Visual Perception and Creative Ability Test:
To judge Visual sensitivity and imagination. – Written Communication – Ability to express precisely one’s thoughts on a given topic. – Ability to comprehend a given passage in English and summarize it

Design Aptitude:
Development of new product/ visual concepts and creative ideas based on analytical observation of problems from daily life situations. Choice of product concepts suitable for small and large scale production. Generation of solution in a given material and process such as sheet metal work wood fabrication, plastic molding, wire fabrication, etc. or representations of visual concepts into visual symbols and form, aided with drawings and illustrations. Drawings based on your analysis.

Drawing Skills:
Imagination of objects, people and places from our immediate or distant environments.

Examination Structure

PART A
Creative ability test
Visual perception to determine visual sensitivity and imagination.

PART B
Ability to comprehend and summarize a given passage in English
Written Communication
Ability to express precisely one’s thoughts on a given topic.

Online Application 3rd week of Sept to 3rd week of Oct
Last Date for Receipt of Application Printout at the GATE Office IIT Bombay 1st week of November
Dispatch of Admit Cards starts from 3rd week of December
Date of Exam is 2nd week of January
Declaration of Result 4th week of March
