Will you please provide the information regarding the CBSE Scholarship Application Submission Form Dates ?

The CBSE had invited application for Merit Scholarship Scheme For Single Girl Child. The aim is to provide scholarships to the meritorious Single Girl candidates who are the only child of their parents; and have passed the CBSE Class X Examination with 60% / 6.2 CGPA or more marks/grades and are continuing their further school education of Class XI and XII.

The tuition fees for Class X should not be more than Rs 1,500/- per month during the Academic year.
In the next two years, the total enhancement of tuition fee shall not be more than 10% of the tuition fee.

Duration of scholarship:
Scholarship renewed on a year-to-year basis
Renewal depends on promotion to the next class provided the scholar secures 50% or more marks in aggregate in the examination

Application Submission of Form
The duly filled form must be sent in an envelope to the Assistant Secretary (Scholarship) CBSE, Shiksha Kendra, 2, Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092

Documents to be sent with the Application:
An attested copy of Mark sheet of Class X 2014 issued by CBSE
A cancelled cheque of the account to which the amount is to be credited

An affidavit from the parent that the applicant is the only child of her parents on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/- duly sworn in before First class Judicial Magistrate/SDM/Executive Magistrate should be submitted along with the application. Photocopy of affidavit will not be accepted.
