CAT is the abbreviated form of the Common Admission Test. It is conducted by the six IIMs as a national level entrance test in selecting students for their business administration program at the Masters level.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree with atleast 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45 percent marks or equivalent CGPA in case of SC (Scheduled Caste) ST (Scheduled Tribe)

Selection Procedure:
The process may include
Written Ability Test
Group Discussions
Personal Interviews

Important Dates:
Apply online on website:- August 06, 2014 to September 30, 2014
Dates for download of admit card: October 16, 2014 to November 16, 2014
Test Dates - November 16, 2014 and November 22, 2014
Results - Third week of December 2014.
