As you are going to appear in CAT (Common Admission Test) and to understand its exam paper pattern need its Blueprint, so here I am providing same for you :

CAT (Common Admission Test) pattern/ Blueprint

Duration of the CAT examination has been increased to 180 minutes from the existing limit of 170 minutes.

Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and Verbal And Reading Comprehension (VRC) will consist of 34 questions each and Data Interpretation And Logical Reasoning (DILR) will have 32 questions .

Some questions in each section may not be of multiple choice type.
Instead, direct answers are to be typed on the screen.

Facility for the first time given to use of basic on-screen calculator for computation

Applicants will be allotted exactly 60 minutes for answering questions in each section and they cannot switch from one section to another while answering questions in a section.
