Cancellation policy of MTDC

I have applied online fort the Hotel Reservation of MTDC, but for some problem I have to cancel the reservation so please tell me about the Cancellation policy of MTDC?

Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation known as MTDC

It is a body of the Government of Maharashtra responsible for development of tourism in Maharashtra.
Cancellation is easy. You can call the MTDC customer service No. 0364-2223116 or send an e-mail from the same account that you mentioned during reservation than your reservation will cancel immediately.
Cancellation fee
In case request for cancellation of reservation received before 7 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check-in, 80% of advance will be refunded.

If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 4 to 6 days, 50% of the advance taken will be refunded.

No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.
