Can MBA Hr Become CEO

Hello sir I was completed MBA with HR stream. I want to know that after this course can I become a CEO of company. Do you have any idea to become a CEO MBA HR degree is enough or not? Please suggest me can MBA HR become CEO?

After MBA in HR every one becomes CEO of company but they should require some year experience. After having experience in job they become CEO.
