Sorry to say but a fter BSc in Microbial Food Technology you can not do M.Tech in Food Technology, here are M.Tech Food Technology course details:

M.Tech. Food Technology or Master of Technology in Food Technology is a postgraduate Food Technology course.

Eligibility
The applicant should have pass B.E. / B.Tech in relevant subject with 60% or equivalent CGPA.

Some of the very reputed universities and institutes conduct entrance examination to get admission to the degree course.
