Yes, of course after medical stream in 11th with Physics and Maths, you are eligible to become Astronaut in NASA.

Here are steps to become Astronaut:

Step 1:
You need to take up science after Class 10 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects.

Step 2:
Do your bachelors in either Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology or Aerospace Engineering

Step 3:
You have to achieve good grades in your undergraduate degree so that you can do your postgraduate and eventually a doctorate.

Step 4:
To be a mission specialist you also require 3 years of related and progressively responsible professional experience.

Step 5:
After graduation, you can appear for the entrance exam which is held by the NASA for the recruitment of Scientists and Astronauts.

EARNINGS $83,000 to $92,000 a year

LEVEL 2 Working Astronaut
EARNINGS $92,000 to $114,000 a year

LEVEL 3 Senior Astronaut

Yes, you are eligible to become astronaut . As for become astronaut candidate should have Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, biological science, physical science, or mathematics.


Other Eligibility Criteria to become an astronaut:

20/20 vision
(either naturally or with corrective lenses)

Blood pressure not more than 140/90 in a sitting position

Height of between 62 and 75 inches
