As you say that you have 3-2 backlog in your MCA exam. Each company has their different criteria for the placement. Some companies will accept one or two backlogs in MCA. Some core companies will reject the candidates who have only one backlog itself. The MNC’s required throughout 65% marks.

According to me you should need to clear backlogs. Because there are some companies will ask to clear all your backlogs and join in work.
