UPJEE (UP Polytechnic) is state level entrance examination organized every year by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh for in Engineering, Pharmacy, Technology and other diploma programmes into various private and government polytechnic institutions located in the state of Uttar Pradesh.


JEECUP 2020 Important Dates

Starting of Online application 1st January 2020
Last date of submitting the application 25th March 2020
Correction in the application starts 26th to 29th March 2020
Release of Admit card 2nd week of April 2020
UP Polytechnic 2020 Exam 26th April (Group A & E) &
27th April 2020 (Group B to I & K1 to K8)
Declaration of Results 3rd week of May 2020
Starting of Counselling process In the month of May or June 2020


JEECUP Eligibility 2020


Group A- Diploma in Engineering and Technology
One must pass 10th examination with minimum 35% marks


Group B- Agriculture Engineering
One must have passed 10th examination with Agriculture and score at least 35% marks or must clear Agriculture subject in 12th examination


Group C- Home Science Fashion Design, and Textile Design and Engineering
One must have passed 10th class with 35% marks


Group D- Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice
One must pass 12th examination with English and Hindi subject in class 10th and 12th

Library & Information Science
One must have cleared 12th examination


Group E- Diploma in Pharmacy
One must pass 12th examination in science and secure minimum 50% marks and (40% marks in case of SC/ ST category candidates)


Group F- Post Graduate in Biotechnology
One must pass B.Sc with Biology, Chemistry/ Biotechnology


Group G- Post Graduate Diploma Courses
One must have passed Graduation with any stream


Group H- Diploma in Hotel Management
One must have passed 12th examination with 50% marks and (40% marks in case of SC/ ST category candidates)


Group I- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
One must have done 10+2 with science scoring 50% aggregate marks in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics


Group J- Post Diploma in Information Technology
One must pass Engineering Diploma from BTE UP affiliated Institution


Group K1 to K7- Lateral Entry (Engineering & Technology Diploma Courses)
One must pass 12th or ITI
