Please tell me that in India from where I get CA entrance exam form? Also give important dates of exam?

CA CPT will be in December 2014 and this Common Proficiency Test is required for completing CA course. You can get CA entrance exam form from official website of ICAI or from the following address:

Application Form Fee: 1000/- (500/- towards examination fee and 500/- towards cost of application form and Information brochure) per application

Fee for candidates opting for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Bahrain centers will be US $160 (US $ 150 towards examination fee and US $ 10 towards cost of application form and information brochure) or its equivalent Indian Currency.

1. Last date for registration to CPT Course with BOS: 1st October, 2014
2. Commencement of Online filling of CPT Examination Form: 7th October, 2014 (10:00 A.M. IST)
3. Last date & time for Login Creation/Submission of CPT Examination application form Online: 28th October, 2014 upto 5:30 P.M. (IST)
4. Last date for revalidation of registration for December, 2014 CPT: 28th October, 2014
5. Last date for receipt of print out of online examination form duly filled: 1st November, 2014
6. Date of CPT Examination: 14th December, 2014


CA CPT Syllabus:

•Fundamental Accounting: Introduction to Company Accounts, Partnerships Accounts Theoretical Framework, Depreciation Accounting, and Bank Reconciliation Statement etc.

•Mercantile Law: Different types of acts like goods act 1930, Indian contract act 1872 and Partnership act 1932.

•Quantitative Aptitude: - basic concepts of differential and integral calculus, sets, functions and relations, simple and compound interest, ratio and proportion, logarithms and Indices.

•General Economics: - Economy reforms in India, theories on production and cost, demand & supply and micro economics.
