CPT is the abbreviated form of the Common Proficiency Test holds twice in a year in the June and December months .

Eligibility:
Aspirants who are interested in pursuing Chartered Accountancy course, then there is no upper age limit.
Willing aspirants must have qualified Class XII Exams.

Exam pattern:
CPT consists 4 MCQ question Papers.
Topics in CPT course are as follows:
General Economics
Quantitative Maths Aptitude
Mercantile Laws
Fundamentals of Accounting
The entrance test of 200 marks.
Negative marking for each wrong answer.
The entrance exam is of two hours
