Well, Chartered Accountancy course and engineering course both are very different courses. There is no relation between these two. But yes, you are eligible to apply for this course; here are the details of it: The C.A (Chartered Accountancy) course has following three stages: Entry Level Test: Common Proficiency Test First Stage: Integrated Professional Competence Course Final Stage: Final Course After completing engineering you will be exempted for the Common Proficiency Test you can directly apply for the Integrated Professional Competence Course.
