Burnet has appointed two new Ambassadors – Princess Kasune Zulu and Belinda Collins – who are both passionate in their commitment to raise awareness globally about the effects of HIV and AIDS.

From Nobel Laureates to HIV-positive mums - discover the passion behind their support.

Burnet is the only accredited medical research institute in Australia to also hold accreditation as a non-government organisation (NGO).

In 2013, with a staff of more than 380 and a budget exceeding $50 million annually, the vision of its founding Director Professor Ian Gust AO and supporters has been realised.
