Hey the BT recruit approximately 15 full-time MBA graduates onto the MBA Leadership Programme each year


Profile for the job

You have to find innovative ways to improve “right first time” and “net easy” customer measures.

You have to try improving customer experience by redesigning end to end processes, reducing cycle time ,customer touch-points and


You have to process the cost transformation activities including end-to-end operational review and due diligence, financial analysis, overhead value analysis and reorganisation, and product / platform rationalisation and vendor optimisation

You have to work on the growth opportunities through strategic analysis and innovative thinking, scenario analysis, analysis of external ventures or acquisitions, market entry planning


Recruitment Process

The recruitment for the MBA Leadership Programme is aligned to the business school calendars for Spring, Autumn and Summer recruitment campaigns.
