BSNL JTO Preparation Tips

Please give me important tips for BSNL JTO Written Examination. I am doing preparation for the BSNL JTO Examination. I have joined a Coaching Institute but that coaching institute is no offer regular study for this Examination. So I want to start self study. So pls provide me important tips and tricks for the BSNL JTO Exam.
