The Bank of America Merrill Lynch MBA Diversity Fellowship Program awards merit-based fellowships to Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, students with disabilities and women business school students.

Program Details

Successful candidates will receive:

Up to $40,000 of total tuition and fees towards the first year of your MBA Program

A paid summer internship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) businesses

The opportunity to receive a further $40,000 of total tuition and fees for the second year of your MBA program upon successful completion of the GBAM Summer Associate Program

Eligibility Requirements:

• To be eligible, students must be newly admitted to an AACSB accredited business school

Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, a military veteran, LGBT, a student with a disability and/or women

Application Requirement

Resume (including GMAT and/or GRE scores)

500 Word Essay describing how you see the program supporting you to achieve your career goals

Copy of essay submitted to your business school

Two letters of recommendations
