Central Depository Service(India) Limited facilitates holding the securities in electronic form.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates are request to forward the required document to registrar of the CDSL.

Following documents are required for the admission.

The Master Creation Form is to be stamped and initialed on every page (MCF enclosed for doing the needful).
Certified copy of annual reports for last three financial year.
Board Resolution for admission of equity shares with CDSL mentioning the name of the authorised signatory.
Attested specimen signature of the authorised signatory as per the Board Resolution.
Certified true copy of the board resolution for increase in the authorised capital of the company along with certified copies of forms filed with R.O.C. and certified copy of receipt of R.O.C. in that regard.
Certified copies of latest listing certificate issued by BSE, HSE and NSE.
Certified true copy of the Secretarial Audit Report submitted by the company to the stock exchange.
Latest Networth Certificate from a chartered accountant in support of net worth computation.
A letter appointing a common Registrar & Transfer Agent for both, physical and electronic work.
Particulars of the compliance officer to be furnished as per Point No.12, in Part “A” of the Master Creation Form.
Certified copy of Court Order.

CDLC will examine your application.
