Here I am providing information related to Schedule and charges for Bedford Basketball Tournament of BMBA for your reference:

DATES TO REMEMBER
AUGUST 2, 2016-Early Registration opens at 11 AM.

AUGUST 22, 2016- Early Registration closes at 5PM - Regular registration opens, fees increase by $50.00 for regular registration.

SEPTEMBER 10/11-Warm-up sessions start - schedule TBA, once gyms are confirmed.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2016-Registration closes. Any registrations after 5PM will be placed on a wait list. Players on the wait list will be placed on a team if there are spaces in their division and assigned according to the order of the wait list.

SEPTEMBER 12-16-Fall skills camp - watch for online registration in late August (tentative!)

SEPTEMBER 12, 2016-All payments due to Registrar!

SEPTEMBER 17, 2016-Tryouts begin for jr mini, mini and bantam. Schedules to be posted after September 10th, 2016

OCTOBER 3, 2016-Team selection for fr mini, mini and bantam finalized.

MID OCTOBER-Team seletion for midget and juvenile, pending High School tryout schedules.

OCTOBER 11, 2016- Regular practice nights begin.

OCTOBER 14, 2016-Friday night Little Eagles begins. More info will be sent out to the registrants in early October.

OCTOBER 17, 2016-Monday night Little Eagles begins. More info will be sent out to the registrants in early October.

OCTOBER 17, 2016-Extra gym fees due to Registrar.

AGE DIVISIONS
Little Eagles:Ages 6 & 7 (under 8 on Dec 31/16)

U10 / Junior Mini:Ages 8 & 9 (under 10 on Dec 31/16)

U12 / Mini:Ages 10 & 11 (under 12 on Dec 31/16)

U14 / Bantam:Ages 12 & 13 (under 14 on Oct. 1/16)

U16 / Midget:Ages 14 & 15 (under 16 on Oct. 1/16)

U18 / Juvenile:Ages 16 & 17 (under 18 on Oct. 1/16)

REGISTRATION FEES
From August 2, 2016 to August 22, 2016 at 5 pm.
Little Eagles: - $125.00
Junior Mini to Juvenile - $325.00

Registration Fees Cover:
Tryouts
Gym time for one practice per week
Weekly League games between Nov 2016 and Feb 2017
Basketball Nova Scotia Fees (including Insurance)
Bedford Classic Tournament Fees
Note: Provincial Tournament Fees are not included.

Refunds:
Refund Period * Admin Fee
Through to September 20th, 2016 $15.00
September 21st to October 15th, 2016 $30.00
October 16th to November 15th $45.00
Extra Gym Fee Admin $30.00
