The Birla Institute of Technology & Science conducts online tests for admission to Higher Degree programmes

Here is the BITS HD Admission Test Question paper Pattern:

BITS HD Admission Test 2015 Test I: is compulsory for all candidates

The Duration of the exam will be 60 Minutes while the total no. of questions asked will be 60 segregated as follows:

Core Mathematics: 15 questions

Core Physics: 15 questions

English Language Skills & Principles of Management: 15 questions

Computer Programming: 15 questions

BITS HD Admission Test 2015 Test II:

Note: Test II is compulsory for all PG candidates except those applying for software systems.

They have to write a separate exam

The Duration of the exam will be 120 Minutes and the total number of questions asked will be 100

The Test II subject for each aspirant will be based on his/her qualifying degree program.

This paper will attempt to test student’s grasp of the basic subjects of his discipline.

BITS HD Admission Test Special Test for Software Systems:-

The Duration of the exam will be 60 Minutes and the total number of questions will be 50

This test is only for those students who are applying for M.E. Software systems.

Marking Scheme for BITS HD Admission Test:-

The questions in all sections will be of objective type (multiple choice questions)

Each question will have four answers/ choices with only one being the correct choice.

Each correct answer will fetch 3 marks, while each incorrect answer will be awarded minus 1 mark.

No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.

All the questions and instructions of the test will be in English only
