BITSAT is a Computer based online test for Admission to Integrated First Degree Programmes of BITS Pilani Campuses in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. It is conducted by The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

Important dates of BITSAT:
Deadline to apply for BITSAT: 15th February
Test center allotment and announcement to candidates: 25th February
Candidates to reserve Test dates: 29th Feb. – 20th March
Candidates to download the Hall tickets with instructions: 14th April – 30th April
BITSAT Online tests: 14 th May 2013 and 1 st June, 2013
Candidates to apply for admission with 12th marks: 19th May – 30th June
Admit List and Wait List announcement: 1st July


Test Format of BITSAT:
BITSAT will be of total 3-hour duration (without break).
The test consists of four parts:
Part I - Physics,
Part II - Chemistry,
Part III - (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning
Part IV - Mathematics

Syllabus:
The BITSAT test will be conducted on the basis of NCERT syllabus for 11th and 12th class. Candidates may refer to the NCERT text books for the contents.
