The admission process in Bishop Cotton Boys School Bangalore is as follows:

Bishop Cottons are affiliated to ICSE system.

The Academic session is June – April every year

The schools do not have Nursery sections and start with LKG.

Minimum age for LKG is 4 years by June but some times it may be entertained during Jan/Feb.

Admissions to UKG and above will depend on vacancies.

The selection will be made on the basis of performance in the entrance test conducted in the month of May.

Admissions to Std. IX is subject to prior approval of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi.

Admissions to Std. XI opens immediately after the ICSE results are declared.

Admissions to Std. X and Std. XII may be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to availability of vacancy and prior approval of the Council.
