The Guwahati Biotech Park is an autonomous organization with broad and flexible capabilities to assist companies at all levels of product development.

Guwahati Biotech Park (GBP), where Science and business form a platform to promote entrepreneurship in the Northeast India.

It is situated in northern bank of the river Brahmaputra, and in proximity to premier Institutes of Northeast India: IIT Guwahati, Assam Engineering College, Institute of Advanced studies of Science & Technology and Gauhati University and the Brahmaputra Industrial Park.

GBP is a visionary project launched by an autonomous society under the Government of Assam.

Thrust Areas-

GBP has a broad range of categories under which companies are invited to transform there innovation into technologies within the park

Facilities-

The GBP will manage the leasing of space and other support facilities of the incubation center in the park.

The GBP will provide tax exemption and taxable debt and enter in to a variety of management, leasing, and development and/or financing arrangements best suited to a company’s needs.
