Banaras Hindu University is a public central university located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 1916 by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, BHU is one of the largest residential universities in Asia, with over 20,000 students.


The UET, under graduate entrance test is being conducted by Banaras Hindu University every year to call students for admission to B A (Hons.) Arts, Social Sciences, B.Com (Hons.), Financial Market Management and B.Ed

Important documents required for the counselling of BHU UET

• Original Admit card of the exam BHU UET 2016 along with a photo copy.

• Counselling letter in original and a photo copy of it.

• Bank draft in favour of Banaras Hindu University as per mentioned in the course prospectus.

• Mark sheets of class 10th and 12th along with 2 sets of photocopies.

• Hall ticket of BHU UET 2016.

• Original certificate of degree attained or the provisional certificate if applicable.

• Category certificate

• Medical documents as per requirement.

• 6 Passport size photos, coloured and black & white.
