Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Bangalore was established in the year 1984 when Bharat Ratna Shri. C. Subramaniam, along with Prof. P. S. Mani Sundaram, the 1st Vice-Chancellor of Bharathidasan University chaired a meeting of leading academicians and industrialists.the moto of them to build a top management college.

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for PG Diploma In Business management (PGDBM) in Bharatidasan Institute of Management (BIM) is as follows:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate or a Master’s Degree in any discipline. Bare minimum of 2 years Work Experience is required.

Process:
1) Aptitude Test
2) Group Discussion and
3) Personal Interview

Performance in all the above components will be taken into consideration for the final selection.

Applicants with CAT/XAT scores are exempted from the Aptitude Test.
Applications without these scores can appear for the BIM Aptitude Test (BAT) on the day of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
