Can you tell me the process to check the Broadband Usage of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or BSNL as whenever I try to do so I get an error message, please help me with this?

The process to check the Broadband Usage of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or BSNL is as follows:

Visit the below given link:
selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in/
Click to “User Registration (For Existing BSNL Customers)”

Fill in all the required details and submit

That page will look like this:


After completing the registration process, login and click Services link on the (top left)

Select “Check My Broadband Unbilled Usage Details” from a list of “My Services” scroll down

Select your phone number and select date range (current month)

Then click “GO”

You can see detailed usage details of your broadband
