Bhai Asa Singh Girls College, an oasis of education in the arid region of Malwa, run under the "BHAI JAGTA JI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, GONIANA MANDI, DISTT. BATHINDA. " Registered by society Registration Act 1860 and amended by Punjab Amendment Act 1957.

The National Assessement and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accredited the college with a B+ (78.85%) in 2003 which put it on a higher level than many other colleges in this area.
