In PHD program BARC offers admission on the basis of UGC-CSIR-JRF-NET and the NET conducted by DBT, ICAR or ICMR.

Selection process for admission:
Score of UGC-CSIR-JRF-NET and the NET conducted by DBT, ICAR or ICMR.
Interview.

Eligibility :
Candidate must having M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology degree or related science subjects with minimum 60% marks in MSc as well as in BSc .

Nationality:
Applicant must be a citizen of India.

Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Invites applications from Engineering Post-graduates (M.E/M. Tech. /Equivalent Degree) for admission to DGFS-PhD Program under the aegis of Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) commencing from August 2019 under one of the following Constituent Institutions of HBNI:

Eligibility Criteria for HRDD BARC - DGFS PhD Admission 2019


Nationality:
One should be an Indian citizen


One should possess ME/M. Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in chemical /computer /electrical/electronic/instrumentation/mechanical /metallurgical/nuclear engineering with minimum 60% Marks. In addition to this, one should have 60% marks in BE/B. Tech. or any other degree considered to enter ME/M. Tech. Program


Age Limit
One desirous of availing DGFS-Ph.D. fellowship should have been born on or after 01st August 1990
Age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC and by5 years for SC/ST applicants Persons with Disability (PWD) of all categories are eligible for further age relaxation of 10 years.
The age limit for the candidates working as faculty in Engineering Colleges is 40 years, who desire to pursue Ph.D. without the fellowship grant
