Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has issued notification for the recruitment of Staff Nurse Vacancies for Special New Born Care Unit in Dept of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of Punjab. Eligible candidates may apply online from 21-03-2016 to 12-04-2016. BFUHS Vacancy Details: Total No. of Posts: 61 Name of the Post: Staff Nurse Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be between 18-37 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Matriculation exam, Senior Secondary Part-II exam or its equivalent & Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery & should be registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council. Eligibility & Qualification: 1. Should have passed matriculation exam with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent exam in Punjabi language, which may be specified by the Government from time to time. 2. Should have passed Senior Secondary Part-II Exam or its equivalent from a recognized University or institution. 3. Should possess a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized University or institution. 4. Should also possess a Special Training Certificate in Neonatology or Fellowship and 5. Should be registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council established under the Punjab Nurses Registration Act, 1932 (Punjab Act No 1 of 1932) which may be amended from time to time Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & interview. Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 1000/- for General, Rs. 500/- for SC/ BC of Punjab through challan form.
