Both fields are good, Its hard to say which one is better.
These are the field of having good scope and career.
i think banking sector have better career as because in this sector you will get good salary package and many other facilities like traveling, house rent etc.
The salary packages varies from 25000 to 35000 rupees per month.

Hy according to me both play important role in their own way as finding out what risks people face and helping to protect them against them and let them get on with their lives is an admirable profession: consider insurance. Banking is also about protecting people's interests and you can look forward to a career with plenty of opportunity for promotion and rewards.

Comfortable Job work

Basic Salary Rs. 7K to 10K pm(for clerks); salary Rs. 12K to 18K pm (for officers)

Stable career

Good benefits (Eg: tours, gifts,etc.,)

INSURANCE SECTOR

High responsibility

Less Comfortable Job work (for agents)

Salary Rs. 15K to 20K pm(for officers); 25-32% of policy's premium amount(for agents)

target based incentives(for agents)
