After completing nursing you are eligible for both M.Sc. Nursing and MBA Hospital Management, you can choose one of these course according to your interest. If you have interest in teaching line means M.Sc is good and almost there is a need for Nursing in abroad too and if she you to work in the Management field then do MBA but nowadays lot of offers are awaiting for MBA aspirants you may work in the manufacturing industries, reputed hospitals like that.
