The Post-Graduate (M.Sc.) curricula in Botany offered by Botany Dept of Berhampur University is of two-year duration with total of 1500 marks.

The system of examinations is of semester pattern. There will be four semesters consisting of four theory papers for First, Second and Third semesters and two theory papers for the Fourth Semester.

There will be two practical papers in each semester (First to Third) and one practical in the Fourth semester.
