Qualification required

Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, human resource management, or related area.

Advanced degree or MBA highly preferred

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience working with compensation analytics.

Skills required

Strong organizational skills to include planning, organizing, multi-tasking, managing competing priorities, development of programs

Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively across organization

Ability to effectively manage confidential information

Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology

Ability to establish working relationships with team members at all levels in the organization


Solid understanding of HR business processes, HR data, HR systems and their interdependencies

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating a macro, formulas, pivot tables etc.) Advanced level Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (or later) programs
