BED from MDU

Provide me application form of B.Ed admission at MDU Rohtak. What Documents I should attach with that offline application form? Pls give address, where I have to send the admission form for admission. I have attached all educational mark sheet of Class 10, 12 and BA Final Degree. Are these sufficient or not? Can I submit fee for admission at MDU Rohtak through Bank Challan?
