Yes, you can do BCA (Bachelor of Computer Science) without having Maths in 12th with Commerce as the minimum eligibility is as follows:

Bachelor of Computer Science or BCA requires a candidate to have passed HSC (10 + 2) exam from any stream with English as passing subject with minimum 45% marks at 12th standard.
