There are lots of differences between BBA and MCA courses. B.B.A. B.B.A. stands for the Bachelor of Business Administration. It is an undergraduate Business Management course. The course can be pursued either as a Full Time Graduate Course or Part Time Graduate Course i.e. through Correspondence or Distance Education depending upon one’s choice. The duration of Bachelor of Business Administration is 3-4 years, divided into a number of semesters. B.B.A. one can choose a number of combinations of subjects, apart from 1-2 Compulsory Subjects. These combinations vary from institute to institute. B.B.A. Course is designed to provide basic understanding about Management education and to train the students in communication skills effectively which inculcate entrepreneurship skills. Eligibility Any candidate who has passed HSC (10 + 2) exam from any stream with English as passing subject and secured minimum 45% marks at 12th class. Admission is based on the entrance test. MCA M.C.A. stands for the Master of Computer Applications is a postgraduate Information Technology course. The duration of Master of Computer Applications is three years, divided into a number of semesters which are generally six in number. Master of Computer Applications is a computer science degree whose curriculum is primarily based on the development of application software in diverse areas. M.C.A. Specializations Application Software Systems Development Systems Engineering Troubleshooting Hardware Technology Management Information Systems Internet Software Development Systems Management Eligibility Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply. B.C.A. qualified candidates can also pursue M.C.A. |
