Well yes the the Barclays Bank provide the Phone Insurance

You'll need to open an account first and then sing in and apply online for the product

Mobile phone insurance is included with the Tech Pack, which you can add to your Barclays Bank Account or Premier Current Account in the Features Store for £9.50 a month.
