Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) Govt of India Recruitment of Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates as Scientific Officers (Group-A posts of Govt of India) through its scholarly projects OCES-2016 and DGES-2016. BARC DAE welcomes applications for OCES and DGFS-2016 Progammes of the BARC Training Schools will initiate on nineteenth January 2016 and the Online Registration close on seventh February 2016.

Qualified Disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Instrumentation, Civil, Nuclear Engineering/Nuclear Technology/Nuclear Science and Technology, Physics and Chemistry.

Age Limit (Age as on August 1, 2016): General Category - 26 years, OBC - 29 years, SC/ST - 31 years, Dependents of the individuals who passed on in the mobs of 1984 (Dep1984) - 31 years, Persons domiciled in Kashmir Division of Jammu and Kashmir State from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989 (Dom Kashmir) - 31 years, Physically Challenged people of all classifications are qualified for age unwinding of 10 years.

Instructive Qualifications:

For Engineering Disciplines - > B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc.(Engineering)/5-year Integrated M.Tech. with at least 60% total stamps in one of the 9 designing orders (codes 21-29) said in Table-1. Material science postgraduate candidates picking to be considered on the premise of a GATE Score ought to have a legitimate GATE-2015 or GATE-2016 Score in 'Physical science'. For Biosciences Discipline (code 43) - > M.Sc. in Agriculture, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Botany, Zoology, Plant Science, Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Food Technology, Animal Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences and Biosciences with at least 60% total stamps in M.Sc. and in addition in B.Sc.; or B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc.(Tech.) just in Food Technology with least of 60% total imprints. XII or at B.Sc. on the other hand at auxiliary and/or subordinate level in the event of 5-year coordinated M.Sc., with least of 60% total stamps in M. Sc. All science applicants (other than those applying with a 5-year incorporated M.Sc. degree) should furthermore have at least 60% total checks in B. Sc.

For Geology Discipline (Code 45) - > M.Sc. on the other hand proportional M.Tech. in Geology/Applied Geology/Applied Geochemistry with Geology at B.Sc. on the other hand 5-year incorporated M.Tech. in Geological Technology. Qualified competitors must have two subjects out of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry up to B.Sc. on the other hand at backup and/or auxiliary level if there should arise an occurrence of 5-year incorporated M.Sc. /5-year coordinated M.Tech., with least of 60% total checks in M.Sc. /M.Tech. Preparing Schemes:


(1) One-Year Orientation Course to engineer Graduates and Science Postgraduates for the year 2016-2017 (OCES-2016)

(2) Two-Year DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme for Engineering Graduates and Physics Postgraduates for the years

Choice Process: Selection to OCES/DGFS-2016 is a two-stage handle: Screening to short-list competitors took after by Selection Interviews of the short-recorded applicants.
