BARC Online Exam

I have applied for the online exam of engineering of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre ( BARC ) and I want the exam pattern and the syllabus of it for preparation so can you provide me? Also tell me the documents that I have to carry at the time of exam?

The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is India's premier nuclear research facility based in Trombay, Mumbai, Maharashtra. BARC is a multi-disciplinary research centre.

BARC engineering online exam

Online Exam Pattern:

All questions of the Online Exam are of objective type

Each correct answer carries 3 marks.

There is a negative marking of 1 mark for wrong answer.

No marks for questions not attempted. .

There will be 100 questions.

The duration of exam is 120 minutes.

Syllabus:

The syllabus for the Online Exam is specific to the Engineering discipline which a candidate has selected.

Emphasis would be on the knowledge and problem solving ability rather than on the memory of the candidate.

General English, General Knowledge, Aptitude etc are not assessed.

Instructions-

All the questions and instructions of the test will be in English only.

Calculators and logarithmic tables are not allowed in the test centers.

Candidates are not allowed to bring any other personal belongings such as mobiles/cameras/laptops/ notebooks/text books etc.

Each candidate is required to bring the following for verification:

Admit card of exam
A valid photo identity card such as -

Passport/driving license/adhar/voter’s card/identity card issued by the candidate’s college etc

Original 10th (or equivalent) marks sheet.
