Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) conducts the online exam for the recruitment in different disciplines of engineering through written test

Exam Pattern for BARC:
- It is an online exam
- It will be an objective paper having multiple choice questions on the technical core subject.
-There will be questions based on the basic concept of the related discipline.
-Total Number of Questions: 100
-Total Time Allotted: 120 Minutes
-For each correct answer, you will be awarded 3 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for all the wrong answers

1. Analog and Digital Electronics: Oscillators, Amplifiers, Sequential Circuits, K-Map, Diode Equations, A-D and D-A converters, Combinational- Multiplexer, Encoder, Decoder and Basic Logic Circuits

2. Electromagnetics: Maxwell’s Equations, Transmission Lines, Microwave and Electromagnetic Wave Propagations

3. Electronics and Communications: Probability of Errors, ISI, Noise, PCM, AM, FM, FSK, PAM and PPM

4. Control Systems: Transient Response, Stability, Steady State Response, Bode Plot, Root Locus and Compensators

5. Signal and Systems: System Basics, Laplace Transform, Signal Basics, Fourier Transform and z-transform respectively

6. Microprocessor: Programming

7. Network Theory: Mesh Analysis, Nodal Analysis, Two Port Networks and Theorems respectively
