The Eligibility required for taking admission in Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology in Davangere are as follwos:

Eligibilty for Admission to B.E.Course:
All students who have passed in II PUC/Intermediate/10+2 or any other equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology/Electronics as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study with an minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the optional subjects (40% of marks for SC.ST.CAT-1 and OBC category).

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO M.Tech Courses:
Admission is open to all students who have passed B.E. / B.Tech examinations (in relevant field) of VTU or any other University recognised by this University or any other exams recognised by the University as equivalent with not less than 50% (45% in the case of students belonging to SC/ST) of the marks in the aggregate in the exams of the semester considered for the declaration of class.

The selection is based on the performance in the qualifying exam, written test and personal interview. Preference will be given to students qualified in GATE.


ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO M.C.A Course:
All students who have passed in Bachelor Degree of minimum of three years duration with not less than 50% of marks in the aggregate of all the years (45% for sc/st category) provided that 50% of marks in Mathematics or statistics or Computer Science or Computer Applications or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one of the optional subjects at Degree/10+2 Level (45% for sc/st).

PGCET/K MAT/AIEEE/GATE Rank/ score is required for Management quota admission also.
