Can you tell me about the merger of Bank of Rajasthan into ICICI Bank? Also list me the names of Board of Directors of ICICI Bank?

The amalgamation of Bank of Rajasthan Ltd with ICICI Bank Ltd was effect from August 13, 2010. The merger would substantially enhance the combined branch network to over 2500 across India. Reserve Bank of India was critical of Bank of Rajasthan's promoters not reducing their holdings in the company. Bank of Rajasthan has been merged with ICICI Bank. ICICI paid Rs.30 billion for it.
