Bank of India, Management Development Institute invited the applications for pre-qualification–cum-sealed tender for providing catering services at Bank of India, Management Development Institute, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Pre-Qualification :

Applicant Should have established office in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai / Thane

Applicant should have minimum 5 years experience as on date in catering for providing full day meals to at least 100 persons per day in a reputed organization is required.

Relevant experience in the field should be completed / in hand 3 similar assignment during last 5 years of providing Catering Services to minimum 75 persons.

Applicant should have ISO certificate for food safety and standard.-(ISO-22000)

Tenderers are required to sign the Terms and Conditions of the tender and submit it along with following attested copies of the certificates in Envelop ‘A’.

Income tax clearance certificate for last 3 years
Income tax Permanent Account Number (PAN)
Attested copy of Vat Certificate.
Attested copy of Sales Tax Certificate issued under Shops & Establishment Act.
Attested copy of Food Licence.
Copy of Employees Provident Fund Code No.
Copy of ESCI Code No.
Attested copy of Service Tax Registration Certificate.

List of establishments where canteen is being run by the tenderer along-
with certificates of recent dates.
Turnover for the last three years.
Copy of LBT certificate.
Copy of professional tax certificate.
Copy of ISO certificate.

Tenders incomplete in any respect or any of the prescribed conditions not fulfilled are liable to be rejected.
