SBI Associate Banks conduct a combined written examination for the selection of Officers and Clerks for Associates every year.

SBI/SBI Associate Banks Clerks-

Eligibility-

Degree in any discipline from a recorgnised university or any equivalent qualification
Age must be between 20-28 Years

Subjects-

English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
Data Analysis & Interpretation
Reasoning (High Level)
English Language (Comprehension, short precis, letter writing & essay)

Examination Pattern-

The syllabus is completely on the syllabus of class 10+2. It will be from different boards like State, ISE and CBSE. Final Selection will be done on the basis of performance in the written test and interview.

The written test will be of Objective type questions of
General Awareness
General English
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning Ability
Marketing Aptitude/ Computer Knowledge

Here I am telling you about the Age limits as you want.

Age Limits:

Age
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 28 years

For the post of Clerk 18 - 28 yrs &
For Officers/PO posts 21 - 30 yrs would be the general condition.

There are relaxations for candidates of certain categories -Category Upper age limit increased by

SC/ ST applicants 5 years
OBC 3 years
Physically Challenged applicants 10 years
Ex- Servicemen 5 years
Widows, Divorced women etc., 9 years

Nationality / Citizenship:

A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan


Qualifications:

Degree (Graduation) with 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in any discipline from a recognized
University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ PWD categories filling in “unreserved” vacancies will not be entitled to the relaxation of 5% marks mentioned above.

Preliminary (Phase I) Exam Pattern
1. English Language – 30 Questions-30 Marks
2. Quantitative Aptitude – 35 Questions – 35 Marks
3. Reasoning Ability – 35 Questions – 35 Marks.

SBI PO Main Exam (Phase II) Pattern
a) Reasoning (High Level) – 50 Questions – 50 Marks
b) Data Interpretation and Analysis – 50 Questions – 50 Marks
c) General Awareness, Marketing, Computers- 50 Questions – 50 Marks
d) English Language – 50 Questions – 50 Marks
