Bank of Baroda Home Loan Prepayment

I have prepayment of my home loan who that I took from bank of Baroda and now want to take again loan so want to know that for take second type home loan from bank of Baroda what is procedure also tell me What charges borrowers is required to pay for availing a Home Loan??

Prepayment Charges for Home Loan of Bank of Baroda
A. Part prepayment of loan –NIL
B. Full prepayment/ premature closure Charges:
-No penalty if loan is prepaid from own sources.
-In other cases, @ 0.5% of balance outstanding for each year of the residual period of home loan subject to maximum of 2.00% including any such amount prepaid in the last financial year +ST.

Home Loan Charges:
Loans upto Rs. 30/-lacs : 0.50%, Minimum of Rs.5000/-
Loans above Rs.30/-lacs : 0.40% Minimum Rs. 15000/-
& Maximum Rs.50000/-(service tax (ST) to be recovered separately in addition to above)
