According to right now in July 2015, Bangalore University does not declared BBM 4th SEM exam result when will declare then you’ll get that from giving procedure:

Visit to the official website of Bangalore University
Click on BBM 4th SEM exam result option given in result section at front of page
Then on next page Enter your Register Number & click on Check result
