Important Dates:
Last date for receipt of application form : April 30,2015
With a late fee of Rs. 900/- : May 15, 2015

As you can see the dates for the application form have been passed so you have to wait till next year and these dates can be taken as tentative for the year of 2016

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates must have passed with 60% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry

For SC/ ST:
Candidates must have passed with 40% aggregate in 10+2 with subjects as above.
