Backlog Affect my Chances during Placement

Will a backlog in first year affect my chances during placements, for PSUs, please provide details???

Your backlog does not effect your career if you cleared before your starting of your career.
You had backlog in first year and then you cleared it in second year, then there is no effect on your career.
You can start your career after completion of your graduation and you are also eligible for placement.

If you do not clear backlog exam before placements then it’ll effects.
