B.Tech through LEET exam

I have done diploma so can I get direct admission in 2nd year B.Tech through lateral entry?

As you said that you have done diploma so you can get direct admission in 2nd year through LEET Exam

Several colleges give direct admission on the basis of your performance in diploma course.
Or some colleges give admission through LEET entrance exam.

Lateral Entry Eligibility
Candidate must have completed diploma or B.Sc course with at least 60 percent marks.

Age limit:
Age should not be more than 28 years.
